Whether it’s scheduled maintenance or emergency service, our factory-trained technicians will keep your equipment up and running so your job stays on budget. We service all makes and models of scissor and boom lifts and forklifts, either through our in-shop service or at your job site from one of our fully equipped mobile service trucks. We are authorized dealers for Genie, Mec, SkyJack, Snorkel and Terex, and perform major and minor overhauls, including:
- hydraulic systems
- hoses
- valves
- cylinders
- control systems
- mechanical and electrical repair and replacement
Our fully stocked parts department is supplied to service all makes and models of aerial lifts, and our technicians have quick access to all major brand suppliers. Having trouble finding that impossible-to-find part? Give F.R.E.D. a call – we do that too!
Training
At F.R.E.D., we know that continuous training is a necessity in the workplace. Our well-developed support program can quickly and efficiently instruct your employees to use our equipment.
Our Operator Training programs educate groups or individuals at your location, incorporating the use of boom and scissor lifts and forklifts to demonstrate design characteristics, material handling situations and operating techniques. Our instructors are highly skilled facilitators qualified to operate and train on nearly every class of aerial work platforms and lift trucks.
Inspections
F.R.E.D. offers excellent rates on annual ANSI/OSHA inspections on customer-owned equipment at your location. Our rates include travel time within a 60-mile radius of F.R.E.D., and we can also provide a free estimate on further repair needs when necessary.
